The house is called '1786', the year before the French Revolution began and this date is inscribed on the keystone at the entrance to the property above a crown and two hearts.

The living accommodation is, as the pictures portray, extremely spacious and there are two dining areas. Of the 4 large bedrooms, two are ensuite. There are 2 bathrooms and 1 shower room.

Lots of dining and lounging areas, music, films, thousands of books, 42' TV, computer, iPod dock. In the kitchen, a washing machine and dishwasher, food processor, Nespresso coffee machine. Wide, bi fold doors open onto the courtyard where there's a dining area, olive tree for shade, rattan seating bedecked with cushions and a spa.

This property also has a 'secret garden' in the village, with terra cotta terrace, fruit trees, herb-lined path for cooking and all that is required for eating and lounging. Relax in the hammock with an aperitif!
